"Inner Light Society" Subscription Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 21 January 2026

Welcome to Light of Rai Creative (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.lightofrai.com, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site.

The following "Inner Light Society" Subscription Terms & Conditions, are in addition to General T&C's which can be found here. 

1. About The Subscription

The Inner Light Society is a monthly art subscription offering physical mail-based creative works (“Subscription Items”), thoughtfully created and sent as part of a themed monthly release.

Each month’s offering includes a curated art print and accompanying reflective text, created with intention and care.

Membership is offered in limited enrollment windows and may be capped to protect the integrity of the creative process.

2. Enrollment Windows & Capacity

  • Enrollment opens during limited periods only and may close when capacity is reached.

  • When enrollment is closed, new members may join a waitlist and will be notified when the circle opens again. 

  • Existing members are not affected when enrollment closes.

Membership places are non-transferrable.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscription payments are collected on the 15th of each month for the following month’s theme.

Example: Payment taken on 15 February covers the March subscription offering.

  • By maintaining an active, you authorise recurring payments in line with this schedule.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, filling in this form or by contacting us before the next billing date.

4. Cancellations

  • Once payment has been successfully processed for an upcoming month, no refunds are available, as artwork and materials are prepared in advance.

 

​Cancellation Timing:​

  • Cancelled before the 10th:
    No payment will be taken on the 15th for the next cycle. ​

  • Cancelled on or after the 10th:
    The upcoming months payment will still be processed, as artwork preparation has begun. 
    Your cancellations will apply to the following cycle.

5. Refunds

  • Once payment has been processed for an upcoming month, no refunds are available.

  • This includes cancellations made after the 10th of the month.

  • Any artwork already paid for will still be sent. 

6. Rejoining After Cancellation

  • If the Society is at capacity at the time you wish to rejoin, you will need to join the waitlist and wait for the next available opening.

  • Rejoining is subject to availability and current subscription terms. 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timing

  • Subscription mail is sent at the beginning of each calendar month.
     

Delivery Method

  • Items are sent via unregistered post, unless otherwise stated.

  • As a result, delivery tracking is not available.
     

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Australia (Metro): typically 3–7 business days

  • Australia (Regional): typically 5–10 business days

  • International: delivery times vary significantly by country and postal system
     

These timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
 

Lost Mail

  • As unregistered mail passes through multiple postal systems, occasional delays or losses may occur.

  • If your subscription has not arrived by the end of the month, please contact us so we can assist where possible.

8. Risk of Loss

Once subscription items are handed over to the postal service, risk of loss transfers to the subscriber.
While every effort is made to package and send items carefully, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, writing, designs, and creative content provided through The Inner Light Society remain the exclusive intellectual property of "Light Of Rai Creative", unless otherwise stated.
 

Subscribers may:

  • Enjoy the artwork for personal use only

  • Display or keep the artwork privately
     

Subscribers may not:

  • Reproduce, scan, copy, or distribute the artwork

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Sell, license, or alter the artwork without written permission

10. Changes to the Subscription

We reserve the right to:

  • Update monthly themes, formats, or materials

  • Adjust pricing with reasonable notice

  • Pause or discontinue the subscription if necessary

Any significant changes will be communicated in advance via email or the website.

11. Member Conduct

The Inner Light Society is rooted in respect, authenticity, and conscious creativity.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions if behaviour is abusive, fraudulent, or misaligned with the spirit of the Society.

12. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by postal services

  • Variations in colour, texture, or appearance due to print processes or material differences

  • Emotional interpretation or personal response to the artwork

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
