Shipping Policy

Location

Please note that most items purchase on this website, will only be shipped to Australia & New Zealand.
Where possible, some print-on-demand orders can be fulfilled by trusted partners in your local country of origin, this will be noted in the product details and time of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. This allows time for order confirmation, packaging, and (where relevant) production through print-on-demand partners. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, which vary depending on the product and delivery method.

Print-On-Demand Orders

Some products are created using trusted print-on-demand partners.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Each product listing includes approximate production and shipping timeframes. Please note that these are estimates only and may be subject to change.

Ready-Made Items

For ready-made artwork and products, shipping will be fulfilled locally (Australia & New Zealand) using Australia Post. Standard, Registered, or Express services may be offered depending on the product.

Delivery Options & Authority to Leave

At checkout, you may be able to choose between delivery options:

Registered / Signature Required – parcels must be signed for upon delivery.
Authority to Leave – parcels may be left in a safe location if you are not available.
Please note that if you select Authority to Leave, responsibility for the parcel transfers once it has been delivered.

International Shipping

At this stage, international shipping is not offered as a standard option. However, if you are located outside of Australia or New Zealand and would like to place an order, please contact me directly to discuss shipping availability and costs.

Additional Notes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
Once dispatched, shipping times are outside of my direct control. I am not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
