This extends to all relevant generated materials through the use of artificial intelligence. 6. Registration

You do not have to register to view this website. You can visit this website, read articles and other materials, browse merchandise, post comments and product reviews and check on offerings without registering for a user account. You can also contact us about a particular video, picture, audio file or other posting without having an account. However, you must register for an online user account or select “Checkout as Guest” in order to access the full features of this website, including but not limited to the ability to purchase products through this website.

If you transact by selecting “Checkout as Guest”, you will be asked to provide certain information (including your name, address, phone number, email address and billing details). You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and current information. The resulting transaction may be linked to any current or future active registered account for this website that is registered under the email address you provided during the checkout process and any relevant terms will apply.

Light of Rai Creative reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate, suspend, or cancel access to a user account at any time in its sole discretion. If we suspend or cancel access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing this website (temporarily or permanently), your account details and/or any files or other various website materials, including all text, comments, icons, images, messages, tags, links, photographs, audio, video and other content that are contained in or accessible through your account, all of which may be deleted by us. Such suspension or cancellation of your account will mean that you may lose access to all content submitted by you. An account which has been terminated is no longer “active”. Terminated accounts cannot be re-activated.

7. Products & Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, or pricing at any time without notice.
Some products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment partners. As such, colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from digital mockups or product photos.
Hand-Craft items can vary from time of photography to receipt of delivery, usually due to movement during transportation.

8. Colour & Display Disclaimer

Please note that while we strive to represent all artwork and products as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to:

Differences in screen and device display settings (brightness, resolution, color calibration, etc.).
Natural variations in print production, materials, or finishes provided by our print-on-demand partners.
Lighting conditions during product photography.

As a result, the colors and details of the final printed product may differ slightly from what you see on screen. These variations are a natural part of the creative and printing process and do not qualify as defects.

9. Orders & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Fraudulent chargeback claims will result in termination of your account with this website and refusal of access for future purchases.

10. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary based on location, fulfillment, or carrier delays.
Risk of loss: Once goods are handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for damage, delay, or loss in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

11. Returns & Refunds

As some items are custom-printed to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at here within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
Change of mind returns/refunds are not accepted.
Hand-Crafted items are made with love and are 'one-of-a-kind' piece, please keep this in mind when purchasing as returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Commissioned pieces are made especially for purpose, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
