General Policy
Each piece I create or offer is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please choose carefully when placing your order, as many items are custom-printed or made-to-order and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item so I can assist.
Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

POD items are produced and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners. As such, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue. I will work with the POD provider to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note: I am not responsible for delays, lost items in transit, or minor variations in print color/finish due to screen/device differences.
Handmade & Original Artwork

Handmade and original artwork is final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind.

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out within 7 days with photos of the damage so I can work with you to find a solution. Each situation will be handled with care and integrity.
Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and online content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

If you encounter an issue accessing your digital product, please contact me and I will ensure you receive the correct files.
Refund Process
Where a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

On occassion, we may need to reach out for further payments details for manual processing.
